No Cash Refunds.
Refund will only be made to credit card payments. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided.

Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice/order number. Exchanges without an invoice will be denied.

Customers need to return the item to our provided address, please note the courier cost of returning the item and reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stardothash.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
